Miami event photographer for conferences and trade shows
Trade shows at the Miami Beach Convention Center, conferences in Downtown, Brickell and Miami Beach hotels, and receptions on the water once the sessions end.
Miami events run on two clocks: sessions in the ballroom by day, and the water, the rooftops and the skyline once they end. Audiences are often international, with many guests from Latin America, and programs regularly move between venues in a single day. The coverage plan is built around all of that.

[ Miami Beach ]Trade shows at the Convention Center
The Miami Beach Convention Center hosts the city's biggest shows, and its glass-walled lobbies fill fast when the doors open. Exhibitors need two kinds of photos: the booth on its own before the doors open, and the booth at work once the floor is busy. See trade-show and exhibitor photography.
Ballroom keynotes and breakouts during the day, then receptions on rooftops, yachts and waterfront terraces once the sun goes down. Bright ballrooms, golden hour over the bay and night light within a few hours, and the coverage plan covers all three. See conference photography and corporate event photography.

[ Planning ]Miami tips from behind the camera
Take your guests out, and bring the camera. A sunset cruise on Biscayne Bay, dinner at Vizcaya, a walk through the Wynwood Walls or Little Havana, a suite at a Heat or Marlins game: the outings are often the best moments of the trip, and the ones nobody photographs. Add the offsite to the coverage.
Give guests something to do between sessions. A headshot lounge, where guests get a free professional photo for LinkedIn, is often the busiest corner of a conference. Set it up indoors near the coffee, and sponsor it if you like.
Bring Miami into the room. A live cigar roller at the reception, a Cuban coffee cart with cafecito between sessions, a Latin jazz trio, or salsa and samba dancers after dinner: guests talk about it for days, sponsors love to put their name on it, and the photos get color you can't find anywhere else.
Check the city-wide weeks before you pick dates. The Boat Show in February, Miami Music Week in March, the Formula 1 Grand Prix in May and Art Week in early December fill hotels, venues and the causeways at the same time. Avoid those weeks or book everything early.
Days and nights across town. Sessions in Brickell, dinner in Coral Gables, an after-party on the beach: two photographers cover both at once, or one schedule is planned around the drive.

[ FAQ ]Questions planners ask
Who photographs Miami events?
An experienced photographer from the XPOSRE team, briefed on your program.
Can you send a Spanish-speaking photographer?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we send a Spanish-speaking photographer.
Do you cover Miami Beach, Brickell, Doral and Key Biscayne?
Yes, and the rest of Miami-Dade.
Do you cover Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach?
Yes. We cover Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and the rest of South Florida, and we travel for events farther away.
What if it rains during an outdoor reception?
We plan for it. Before the event we agree the backup space with your team, so the shot list works indoors or out.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as your dates are set. Winter and spring are the busiest months, and Art Week in early December books up first. Short-notice events are sometimes possible, so ask.
Do you charge for parking and travel?
Parking for our team is either provided by you or the venue, or added to the quote. Any travel costs are listed in the quote too, so there are no surprises.
Can we get photos the same day?
Yes. Same-day delivery is possible, at an added cost. Tell us when you need the photos and we plan the editing around it.
Can you cover two venues on the same day?
Yes. With two photographers both venues are covered at once; with one, the schedule is planned around the travel time between them.
Do you also film the event?
Yes. Video is filmed by a dedicated videographer from our team, working alongside the photographer. Choose from highlight films, short social clips, session recordings, interviews and testimonials, and exhibitor and sponsor videos. Edits within 24 hours are available, at an added cost. See event videography.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue or building?
Yes. We're insured and send a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue or company before the event.
Can we use the photos in our marketing?
Yes. Every event includes a license for your organization to use the photos in its marketing, PR and social media. If you need full or exclusive rights, tell us and we'll include them in the quote.
How is pricing set?
Each event is quoted on hours of coverage, the number of photographers, and video if you want it. Send the date, venue and hours and we reply with a quote.
