New Jersey events are mostly company meetings, association conferences and regional trade shows: two- and three-day programs in conference hotels, expo-hall shows in Edison, and association conventions in Atlantic City. We cover the whole state.

What New Jersey events need

Many New Jersey events are company meetings, association conferences and regional trade shows rather than big public expos. They often run over two or three days in one hotel, and the photos go into internal communications, member newsletters and next year's sponsor pitch.

“You did a great job with everything at that event, and we want to know if you are available for another event soon.”
Venue events team
“[Our photographer] was extremely professional and communicative… arrived early to set up, and got all the shots I hoped for, and more… never intrusive or disruptive.”

[ Central New Jersey ]Edison to Princeton

Edison, New Brunswick, Princeton and Somerset: the NJ Convention & Exposition Center and the region's large conference hotels. The expo center hosts regional trade shows, from facilities management and landscaping to furniture markets; see trade-show and exhibitor photography.

Central New Jersey is home to many pharmaceutical and life-science companies. Their meetings, training sessions and association dinners mostly happen in conference hotels and are rarely public. Photos from these events often need extra care: we follow your rules on who may be photographed and which images can be shared outside the company.

[ North Jersey ]The Meadowlands to Morristown

The Meadowlands, Newark, Jersey City, Morristown and Parsippany. We cover events here; ask for a quote. Corporate headquarters and hotel conference centers host leadership meetings, sales kickoffs and client events, often a short trip from Manhattan.

[ Associations ]Association events and headshots

Chambers of commerce and professional associations hold annual meetings, awards luncheons and conventions across the state. A headshot station gives members a reason to stop by, and a sponsor a reason to pay for it. Headshot stations at the event for speakers, attendees and staff, and staff portraits. Headshot stations can carry a sponsor's branding. See conference headshots.

[ Atlantic City ]Conventions by the boardwalk

Atlantic City's convention center and casino conference centers. We cover events here; ask for a quote. Visit Atlantic City lists more than 1.8 million square feet of meeting space across 16 properties citywide. Statewide associations hold their conventions here, so programs run several days and mix sessions, an exhibit hall and evening receptions.

[ FAQ ]Questions planners ask

Who photographs New Jersey events?
An experienced photographer from the XPOSRE team, briefed on your program.
Do you cover the whole state?
Yes: Central, North and South Jersey, including Atlantic City.
Can you follow our rules on who may be photographed?
Yes. Before the event we agree who may be photographed and which images can be shared outside the company, and the coverage follows that.
Can you run a headshot station at our association's annual meeting?
Yes. Headshot stations at the event for speakers, attendees and staff, and staff portraits. Headshot stations can carry a sponsor's branding.
Do you charge for travel or parking in New Jersey?
Parking for our team is either provided by you or the venue, or added to the quote. Any travel costs are listed in the quote too, so there are no surprises.
Can we get photos the same day?
Yes. Same-day delivery is possible, at an added cost. Tell us when you need the photos and we plan the editing around it.
Can you cover two venues on the same day?
Yes. With two photographers both venues are covered at once; with one, the schedule is planned around the travel time between them.
Do you also film the event?
Yes. Video is filmed by a dedicated videographer from our team, working alongside the photographer. Choose from highlight films, short social clips, session recordings, interviews and testimonials, and exhibitor and sponsor videos. Edits within 24 hours are available, at an added cost. See event videography.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue or building?
Yes. We're insured and send a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue or company before the event.
Can we use the photos in our marketing?
Yes. Every event includes a license for your organization to use the photos in its marketing, PR and social media. If you need full or exclusive rights, tell us and we'll include them in the quote.
How is pricing set?
Each event is quoted on hours of coverage, the number of photographers, and video if you want it. Send the date, venue and hours and we reply with a quote.
