Privacy notice
How XPOSRE Media handles the information you send us.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, company or organization, phone number if you give it, and the details of your event (type, city, dates, hours, venue, attendance, the services you want, and any show, video, headshot or agency details you add).
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote, and arrange the event if you book. We don't sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own site, not a third party.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to connect@xposre.com. We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to reply and handle any booking, and delete them sooner on request.
Photos of people at events
Event photos are delivered to the client who booked us. We may show selected photos in our portfolio; photos from jobs we shoot for agencies appear only with written permission.
