Event photography and video your clients see as yours
Event and experiential agencies bring us in for their clients' conferences, launches and shows. Here's how it works.

When you need a crew in a city where you don't have one, or a second team on a busy week, we cover the event under your brand and your client's rules, and deliver edited work to you. Building booths and want photos of your own work? See trade show and exhibit photography.
What agencies ask before they book us
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who shows up on the day? | An experienced photographer from the XPOSRE team, briefed on your program. Video is filmed by a dedicated videographer from our team, working alongside the photographer. |
| Whose brand does the client see? | Yours. No XPOSRE branding on site or in the delivery, unless you want it. |
| Who talks to the end client? | You do. We don't contact your client unless you ask us to. |
| Who edits the photos? | Editing and the final quality check stay with us. |
| How fast is delivery? | Fast. All usable images, edited, on a timeline we agree with you before the event. Same-day delivery is possible, at an added cost. |
| Who owns the images? | Image rights can transfer to the agency or its client, agreed per job. We don't use the images in our own marketing without your written permission. |
| Is the client's information kept confidential? | Yes. We don't name your client or show their event without your permission. |
| Can you send a certificate of insurance? | We're insured and send a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue or company before the event. |
| Is there a backup photographer? | When you book two photographers, yes: each one covers for the other on the day. With one photographer there's no standby, so for events that can't be missed we recommend booking two. |
