[ Show rules ]Working within the show's rules
Every show sets its own rules for outside photographers, and we plan around them before the doors open:
Official photographer or approval
Some shows name an official photographer or approve outside photographers one by one. We check the exhibitor manual with you first.
Registration
Where the show asks for it, you register us as your exhibitor-appointed contractor.
Insurance
We're insured and send a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue or company before the event.
Access windows
Move-in, show hours and teardown decide when the booth can be photographed empty and when it is busy.
What we need from you
The show name, your booth number, the exhibitor manual and your contact at show management.

Short booth walk-throughs, product demos and sponsor clips, filmed within the show's rules by a dedicated videographer from our team. See event videography.
[ Delivery ]Photos for the sales team, fast
Every usable image is edited in-house and delivered fast, on a timeline we agree with you before the event. Same-day delivery is possible, at an added cost. Photos arrive organized by day and part of the program, with headshots, group photos and video in their own folders, and by booth when you have more than one.
