Onsite photo printing branded prints in your guests' hands
A photographer and a print station at your event. Guests step in front of your backdrop or installation, and they leave holding a branded 4x6 print to take home. It's photography, not a photo booth: a professional photographer directs every shot and checks every print.
XPOSRE Media brings a photographer, studio lighting and a print station to brand activations, holiday parties, graduations and corporate events in New York City, New Jersey and Miami. Guests are photographed at your backdrop or installation and leave with a branded 4x6 print, unlimited during the hours you book.
[ What it is ]A photographer and a printer, at your event
You choose the spot: your branded backdrop, a set you've built, a holiday installation or a step-and-repeat. We bring the camera, the studio lighting and the printer. Guests step in, the photographer takes the photo, and the print comes out with your branding on it while they wait.
[ Ideas ]What guests can take home

Sponsor walls
Guests at the step-and-repeat walk away with the sponsor's logo in their hand, not just on the wall behind them.

Photos with Santa
A holiday set, Santa and a postcard print families keep on the fridge. Kids and pets welcome.

Parties and props
Glasses, crowns, boas: props turn a posed photo into the one everyone passes around the table.

School and family days
Grandparents Day, graduations and ceremonies: families leave with a print on the day, not a link a week later.

Charity and community
Walks, fundraisers and community days, with the cause's logo on every print that goes home.

Brand activations
Store openings, pop-ups and installations: guests leave with a print in your brand's colors and logo, a keepsake that keeps the brand on their fridge.

Portrait and print station
One photographer runs the whole station. The camera is on a tripod and tethered to a laptop, the lighting is set for your backdrop, and every photo is edited in Lightroom and checked before it goes to the printer. The best choice when guests come to a set, an installation or a backdrop.
Roaming photographer with print station
The photographer moves through the event, photographing guests where they are, while a second person from our team selects, crops and prints at the station. The best choice for receptions and parties where people don't line up for photos.
[ Branding ]Your logo on every print
Every 4x6 print can carry your logo, the event name and date, a sponsor's mark or a full custom design, laid out any way you want: overlaid on the photo, on a strip below it, in a frame in your brand colours, or as a full design made for your city and the season. Send your artwork when you book; we build the layout and send a proof before the event, so the first print on the day looks the way you expected.

Your logo[ Planning ]What to decide before the event
- Where does the station go? Next to the backdrop or installation, with a table for the laptop and printer, power close by and Wi-Fi.
- Indoors or outdoors? Outdoors, the printer needs shade and shelter from wind and rain. Tell us the venue early so we can plan the spot.
- How many guests, and when? The guest count and the busy times decide whether one station is enough or whether a helper should keep the line moving.
- One spot or roaming? A station at your set, or a photographer moving through the room with a print operator at the station.
- Who hands out the prints? Your staff, or a helper from our team, who can also collect guest details if you need them. If you supply folders or sleeves, the same person puts each print in one; the photographer can't.
- What goes on the print? Logo, event name, date, a sponsor or a full custom layout. Artwork is due before the event for the proof.
[ How it runs ]From setup to the last print
Before the day
We agree the spot, the hours, the format and the print layout, and send a proof of the layout.
Setup
Lighting, camera, laptop and printer go up before the station opens and come down after it closes, outside the hours you book.
During the event
Guests step in, the photographer takes the photo, edits it in Lightroom on the laptop, and the print is in their hands while they wait. Prints are unlimited.
After the event
If you add digital files, every photo from the station is delivered after the event.
Need the whole event covered too? See corporate event photography, or conference and corporate headshots for a headshot station.
