XPOSRE Media films conferences, corporate events and trade shows in New York City, New Jersey and Miami: highlight films, short social clips, session recordings, interviews and testimonials, and exhibitor and sponsor videos. A dedicated videographer from our team works alongside the photographers, from one plan and with one delivery.

The event is over in a day; the video keeps working

A recap film sells next year's event. Recorded keynotes keep the content available after the room empties. Interviews let attendees, speakers and sponsors say why it mattered, in their own words. Planned before the event, all of it comes from the same day of filming.

[ What we film ]Four things video does for an event

Tell the story

Highlight and recap films of one to three minutes, cut to share with attendees, sponsors and next year's audience.

Keep the content

Full recordings of keynotes and panels, so the sessions are available on demand after the event.

Let people speak

Interviews and testimonials with attendees, speakers, executives and sponsors, filmed on site.

Feed the channels

Short social clips of 15 to 30 seconds, including vertical cuts for Instagram and LinkedIn, and exhibitor and sponsor videos.

[ Photo and video ]Two specialists, one plan, one delivery

Video is planned with the photography rather than bolted on. One brief covers both, the photographers and the camera work around the same run of show, and you deal with one point of contact. The photo side of each event type is on its own page: conference photography, corporate event photography and trade show and exhibit photography.

[ On the show floor ]Exhibitor and sponsor videos

Booth walk-throughs, product demos and sponsor messages, filmed within the show's rules. Exhibitors and sponsors use them after the show to report on what they paid for and to sell next year's space.

[ How it runs ]From brief to delivery

  1. Brief. The program, the people and moments that matter, the videos you want and where they will be used.
  2. Plan. A shot plan against the run of show, and the audio and access arrangements with the venue.
  3. On site. Filming alongside the photo coverage, briefed on the same program.
  4. Edit and delivery. Edits within 24 hours are available, at an added cost. Full session recordings and longer edits follow on a schedule agreed with you before the event.

Questions planners ask

Can you cover photos and video together?
Yes. A photographer and a dedicated videographer from our team work from one plan, so the photos and the footage cover the same moments, with one point of contact from the quote to delivery.
Which videos can we order?
Any of these: highlight films, short social clips, session recordings, interviews and testimonials, and exhibitor and sponsor videos. Most events combine two or three.
How soon do we get the video?
Edits within 24 hours are available, at an added cost. Longer edits and full session recordings are scheduled with you before the event.
How do session recordings get clean audio?
We coordinate with the venue's AV team and take the sound from their system where the venue allows it.
Can you film on a trade-show floor?
Yes, within the show's rules on filming. We confirm the rules and any registration with show management before the event.
