[ The brief ]What the client needed
The agency wanted event photos and production photos: vendors loading in, exhibits, the main stage, signage, branded backdrops, the registration desk before and after doors opened, and the event swag and awards photographed on their own. The program ran from a registration day to two long days with sessions, an off-site reception in Miami Beach and an awards dinner, and closed with a final lunch. They asked for 20 edited photos each night for social media and the RAW files at the end.
